Katie is passionate about growth and transformation! Having spent most of her career helping innovative entrepreneurs scale their technology startups internationally, she is now especially devoted to empowering women in their leadership, dreaming-big and risk-taking, and developing their authentic presence skill sets.
Lisa Sennhauser-Kelly
Lisa's corporate career has spanned 3 continents and 30 years, and she is now supporting others in their professional journeys.
As an former MD in UBS, and CFO of a UBS Spin-off, Lisa's leadership experience in banking adds authenticity, combined with her Executive Coaching skills, creates significant value for the participants.
PAN Peer Advisory Network Programme includes:
Introduction apero for cohort to get to know one another, including tips on best practices for maximizing this experience for yourself and others
4 online sessions of 1 hour, 4 women per session, each have 10-15 mins to present and receive feedback
Meet each of 12 women in cohort
Practice your executive presence, learn how to solicit support, how to pitch and present, give valuable feedback, use design-thinking solutionizing
Written feedback after each session (given and received)
Access to a deeply-supportive, committed group of senior women in finance industry
Final in-person celebratory retreat, including workshops, and plenty of quality time to build relationships. Optional dinner and overnight stay, with a fun activity
This will be a curated network of executive women committed to seeing each other grow and succeed! We are really excited after the success of the first cohort to be offering it again.
